Leinster Squad To Face London Irish Named

The Leinster squad to face London Irish in Saturday’s round 6 Heineken Cup clash in Twickenham (KO: 6pm) has been named.  Gordon D’Arcy, Isa Nacewa and Brian O’Driscoll – all try-scorers in the bonus point 27-10 victory over Brive last weekend – are named in an unchanged extended panel for the trip to London.

In all there are 15 Ireland internationals in the panel, while Jonathan Sexton (who has accumulated 35 points in 3 games so far in this year’s competition) and South African prop CJ van der Linde both made their comebacks from injury in the victory over the French side.

Skipper Leo Cullen’s next appearance in the Heineken Cup will be his 62nd in total and his 50th for his home province. The team is expected to be announced on Friday lunchtime.
