Funny Man Frank Gives Leeds Nothing To Laugh About

Tagged Under : , , ,

The Draw for the fourth round of the FA Cup has been made and depending on how replay matches go, there will be no Premier League teams facing each other. After the upset of the year this afternoon in Old Trafford all eyes were on Leeds United, who were pulled out last, they will return to a Premier League ground to face Harrry Redknap’s Tottenham, but many would favour Leeds in that encounter as they have a much better away record more notably beating Manchester United 1-0.

Carlo Anchelotis Chelsea will be nearly guaranteed a win as they travel to face Championship opposition Preston. Liverpool if they overcome Reading in their replay could face Burnley at Anfield, while Aston Villa will take on Gus Poyet’s Brighton at Villa Park.Everton await the winners of the replay between Nottingham Forest and Birmingham in the fourth round at Goodison Park. Managerless Bolton have been handed a home tie against Sheffield United or Queens Park Rangers after they drew their third round meeting.

Big-spending Manchester City have been handed a trip to Championship outfit Scunthorpe, while holders Chelsea also face Championship opposition in the shape of Preston at Deepdale. And Arsenal have been handed another Premier League rival away from home in the fourth round with a trip to Stoke awaiting Arsene Wenger’s men.
