CATEGORIES: FIFA World Cup, Podcast, Soccer | POSTED BY: Bob McKenzie | October 12, 2009 at 8:59 pm
Alan Kelly has been all the way along the road since the days of Jack Charlton. He enjoyed the highs and then the adrenalin ride under Mick McCarthy. He was a pivotal figure and was one of the few to emerge unscathed in the civil war that was Saipan.
He experienced the madness of the Steve Staunton experiment and is now enjoying tranquility with Trappatoni.
The Irish goalkeeping coach spoke exclusively to Sportspeak’s Bob McKenzie about a tremendous campaign and exactly who he wants to avoid in that dreaded playoff draw next month.
