Giovanni Trappatoni has picked an attacking 4-4-2 formation for the clash with Italy with Robbie Keane and Kevin Doyle upfront. Liam Lawrence edges out Stephen Hunt with Aiden McGeady on the other flank either side of midfield destroyers Glen Whelan and Keith Andrews. Shay Given and Kevin Kilbane both get cap number 99 while Richard Dunne Sean St Leger man the centre of defence.
